Starting your studies or academic work in Poland involves much more than schedules and formal procedures. It also means navigating a new cultural environment, unwritten rules, and everyday situations that can be surprising and sometimes more than the Polish weather.We invite you to the second edition of the "Cultural Orientation in Poland" workshop, designed for international students, PhD candidates, and visiting academics affiliated with AGH University.This practical workshop focuses on real-life experiences of living and working in Poland. Its aim is to support cultural adaptation and help participants function confidently within the academic environment.
Workshops topics include:
- Polish social norms and cultural codes (including the less obvious ones),
- the specifics of academic life at AGH,
- everyday situations and challenges commonly faced by newcomers to Poland.
