The card entitles you to apply for funding for all international activities under the new Erasmus+ programme, including student and staff mobility, preparation and implementation of international joint master's studies, teaching modules or short courses.
The ECHE Card is a kind of quality mark that entitles the University to apply for funding for educational projects, including cooperation with institutions from non-European countries.
The European Commission has informed the Erasmus+ National Agencies that, for reasons dictated by better internal communication between the different systems used by the EC, the Erasmus Charters for Higher Education have different numbers than those included in the decision on awarding the ECHE Charters. The modification of the Charter number consists in replacing the symbol "E4AKA1" with the symbol "EPPKA3".
The list of updated ECHE Charter numbers for universities is available at https://eacea.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-plus/funding/erasmus-charter-for-higher-education-2014-2020_en.
The list of institutions awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education under the Erasmus + programme, call for proposals 2013 is available here.
