Erasmus+ mobility settlement

1. Settlement at the home faculty (by the Dean of the Faculty)

After returning from studies/internships abroad, the student should first submit documents to the Dean's Office in order to pass the semester/semesters of studies:

  • Transcript of Records / Certificates of completion of the internship
  • Confirmation of Stay - certificate of the length of stay confirming the start and end dates of the mobility period
  • Document of possible changes in LA - Changes to Original Proposed Study Programme in the Learning Agreement / confirmed by the Dean of the home faculty and the Person responsible for education in the foreign unit

The rules for transferring grades and passing the semester are established by the Dean/Vice-Dean approving the study program.

2. Settlement at the Center for International Affairs (C-1 room 109)

Then the student is required to settle the trip at the CSM (after completing the documents online: an individual report from the trip in the online EU survey system - the link should be sent automatically by email), along with the following documents:

  • Transcript of Records / Certificates of completion of the internship (completed LA After the Mobility section)
  • Confirmation of Stay - a certificate of the length of stay confirming the start and end dates of the mobility period
  • Document of possible changes in LA - Changes to Original Proposed Study Program in the Learning Agreement / confirmed by the Dean of the home faculty and the Person Responsible for Education in the foreign unit
  • Green Travel (carpooling) declaration and/or documents (e.g. tickets) confirming the travel using low-emission means of transport (i.e. bus, train, ferry)

within 14 days of the end of the stay abroad in order to settle the financial grant.

The student signs a document prepared by the CSM, which constitutes the final settlement of the mobility.

If, for reasons beyond the student's control, settlement is impossible within 14 days of the end of mobility, please contact the CSM to obtain consent for later settlement.

If the student has not passed a subject/subjects from the Learning Agreement, please contact the CSM immediately.

Shortening the stay for studies/internships

The student should remember that the minimum period of stay abroad required to receive a scholarship is 2 months (studies and internships).

Shortening the stay involves the need to return part of the scholarship, as the scholarship will be due to the participant only and exclusively for the actual time of stay abroad (in accordance with the AGH University-student agreement signed before departure and a certificate of the length of stay brought from the partner university/foreign organization).

Shortening the stay - "force majeure" is possible if the student abroad has a serious accident, becomes seriously ill or there is a situation threatening the health/life.

In such a situation, immediately after the incident, the student should contact the Center for International Affairs by e-mail or phone. The National Agency in Warsaw decides on the further course of action.
