We would like to kindly inform you about the possibility for universities to join the o Central European University Exchange Programme CEEPUS in the academic year 2025/2026. The member countries of the CEEPUS Programme are: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the University of Pristina, Prizren, and Peć. Information on the possibility of implementing Academic Networks is is available at https://nawa.gov.pl/. HEIs applying to be a Coordinator or to extend an existing network should fulfil the conditions published by the CEEPUS Central Office::
GENERAL CONDITIONS
A network must include a minimum of 5 participating units from 5 different CEEPUS countries – signatories of the CEEPUS agreement, according to the rules defined at www.ceepus.info
University units applying to serve as coordinators or to prolong an existing network should meet the following conditions:
1. register (or prolong an existing network based on the access passwords granted) in the Electronic Network Registration System (Network Application) at www.ceepus.info
2. Generate Letter of Intent and Letter of Endorsement documents in the system as part of the submitted academic network application, required according to the procedure described in the CEEPUS system at www.ceepus.info. Partners in the Program are obliged to register in the system and to fill in the relevant data in the electronic network form, send the Letter of Intent and Letter of Endorsement documents to their foreign coordinator as part of the academic network registration. Only registered partners will be allowed to be added to the network by the Coordinator. We would like to remind you that only the current Letter of Intent forms available for download at www.ceepus.info generated directly from the academic network application are valid.

The submitted applications at national level will be evaluated by the National Commission appointed by NAWA and the CEEPUS International Commission at international level. When assessing the applications, the committees will take into account the theme (leading theme) of the academic network - based on the long-term programme description, the proportion of academic and student exchanges, the number of partners participating in the programme, the possibility of using classes in foreign languages and other criteria described in the CEEPUS Scoring System.
