Once the recruitment process has been completed (studenci/rekrutacja), students who have been qualified for the mobility and have been notified of the decision by the Faculty Coordinators/CIA staff and have also received confirmation from the foreign organisation prepare the documents necessary to be submitted to the CIA in order to sign the student-AGH University financial agreement for the mobility::
1. Learning Agreement for traineeships
The Learning Agreement (LA) is an agreement between the student, the host organisation and the home Faculty, setting out the programme the student is expected to undertake in the host unit. The agreement contains a description of the planned practice that the student is obliged to complete in the foreign organisation.
The students should submit their LA document approved by the Dean and the partner institution to the Centre for International Affairs in order to sign the AGH University -student financial agreement.
The document must include the exact dates of the traineeship (day, month, year) for the subsequent calculation of the grant.
A scan of the LA document prior to departure is acceptable for signing the funding agreement.
During the mobility, it is possible to make changes in the LA During Mobility section. Changes should be agreed with the Dean of the Faculty and the Faculty Coordinator and the host organisation.
The planned scope of the internship should be consulted with the Faculty Dean and the Faculty Coordinator.
2. Application for travel abroad
The document should be downloaded from the website: https://wnioski.dwz.agh.edu.pl
After obtaining the status ‘in preparation’, please print the document and obtain the required signatures and stamps (signature of the student, the Faculty Coordinator and the Dean, department stamp in the upper left-hand corner). The document prepared in this way should be delivered to the Centre for International Affairs.
3. Third-party liability and accident insurance
Proof of liability (third party liability insurance) and accident insurance (personal accident insurance) must be provided to the Centre for International Affairs at the latest when signing the student-AGH University financial contract. The student arranges the insurance independently, on their own.
4. Health insurance / EHIC card
Before signing the student-AGH University financial agreement, the student is required to provide the Centre for International Affairs with an EHIC card or other health insurance valid for the duration of the stay abroad.
5. Green Travel declaration (if applicable) - travel using low-carbon modes of transport such as bus, train, or car pooling
The document should be downloaded from the ‘Documents’ tab, completed and delivered to the CIA before the trip.
Bank details
The scholarship is paid to the scholarship holder's personal account. Students should have their own bank account; all Polish and foreign banks are accepted.
NOTE: The scholarship is paid in EURO. We suggest having a foreign currency account to avoid currency conversion costs.
Signing of the Erasmus+ student-AGH University grant agreement at the Centre for International Affairs
Depending on the date of the student's placement departure, the student is required to sign the agreement at the CIA (C-1, room 109) at least one month before the planned start of the placement.
Failure to sign the agreement by the deadline is tantamount to withdrawal from the programme.
PLEASE NOTE: Students are requested to contact their respective faculty supervisor at the CIA in advance by phone or email (list below) to discuss the current procedures for signing the financial agreement for the trip. The required documents should then be submitted in person to the CIA office (C-1, room 109).

After signing the contract at the CIA, instructions will be sent on how to log in and complete the language test on the OLS platform. The student should complete the language test and send the confirmation by e-mail to the CIA.
The result of the test does not affect the student's admission to the trip. The tests are designed to check the growth of language skills during the scholarship.
