Mobilities from AGH

To participate in the recruitment process, please complete the following online form. The following documents should be included in the recruitment form:

  • curriculum vitae,
  • invitation from the host institution, confirmation of active participation in the conference, confirmation of admission to the course or other form of education - Candidates contact representatives of host institutions (professors/academic supervisors/organizers) individually to obtain an invitation,
  • certificate of student/doctoral student status or certificate of employment (employees).

In addition, students and PhD students should attach:

  • opinions of the supervisor or academic advisor,
  • certificate of English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.

Recruitment for the project is ongoing and will continue until the end of June 2026 or until all places are filled.

The Recruitment Committee will only consider complete applications!

Following a positive assessment of the attached documentation, interviews with candidates will be held. Interviews with candidates are conducted online via MS Teams.

Information about the recruitment results is sent to each Candidate by email.

•    in conducting research related to the doctoral thesis or participation in national and international projects over the last 2 years

•    in active participation in conferences

•    in cooperation with entrepreneurs in the field of research

•    organisational, e.g. student activities in research clubs

Justification of the need for mobility at the selected host institution

0 – 20

Academic results and scientific/artistic and non-academic achievements

0 – 10

Knowledge of a foreign language

Based on the Evaluation Form, all members of the Admissions Committee evaluate the Candidate. 

The final number of points is the arithmetic mean of the points awarded by individual Committee Members. 

The minimum number of points required to qualify for the project is:

  • 120 points - for students and doctoral students
  • 140 points - for employees

The decision of the Recruitment Committee, delivered by e-mail, may be appealed within 7 days of receiving it. The appeal should be addressed to the Vice-Rector for Cooperation, Prof. Rafał Wiśniowski.  Appeals should be submitted to the Centre for International Affairs, building H-A2, room 1.
