Mobilities from AGH

To participate in the recruitment process, please complete the following online form. The following documents should be included in the recruitment form:

• curriculum vitae,
• invitation from the host institution, confirmation of active participation in the conference, confirmation of admission to the course or other form of education - Candidates contact representatives of host institutions (professors/academic supervisors/organizers) individually to obtain an invitation,
• certificate of student/doctoral student status or certificate of employment (employees).

In addition, students and PhD students should attach:

• opinions of the supervisor or academic advisor,
• certificate of English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.

Recruitment for the project is ongoing and will continue until the end of June 2026 or until all places are filled.

The Recruitment Committee will only consider complete applications!

Following a positive assessment of the attached documentation, interviews with candidates will be held. Interviews with candidates are conducted online via MS Teams.

Information about the recruitment results is sent to each Candidate by email.

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following scoring system:

Based on the Evaluation Form, all members of the Admissions Committee evaluate the Candidate. 

The final number of points is the arithmetic mean of the points awarded by individual Committee Members. 

The minimum number of points required to qualify for the project is:

• 120 points - for students and doctoral students
• 140 points - for employees

The decision of the Recruitment Committee, delivered by e-mail, may be appealed within 7 days of receiving it. The appeal should be addressed to the Vice-Rector for Cooperation, Prof. Rafał Wiśniowski.  Appeals should be submitted to the Centre for International Affairs, building H-A2, room 1.

Before departure, project participants are required to:

• sign the financial agreement,
• sign the declaration of no double funding,
• complete the departure application in the DWZ Application Service,
• purchase health insurance, accident insurance and civil liability insurance for the duration of mobility – students and PhD students,
• complete the order for the performance of statutory tasks outside the AGH headquarters – students and PhD students,
• complete the business trip form – employees,
• provide an invoice for the conference/course fee (if applicable),
• complete the pre-mobility evaluation survey,
• register in the Odyseusz system,
• complete the application in the NAWA system.

Participants are required to:

• settle travel in the DWZ Application Service,
• provide airline tickets,
• fill in the travel Expense Settlement Form for the performance of statutory tasks for AGH – students and doctoral students,
• settle business trips – employees,
• fill in the post-mobility evaluation survey,
• fill in the travel report,
• fill in the financial settlement form the mobility.

Additionally, depending on the selected form of activity, the following must be provided:

Acquisition of materials for doctoral theses/scientific articles	written confirmation of task completion by an authorised representative of the university, research report

Performing measurements using unique equipment	written confirmation of task completion by an authorised representative of the university, research report
Participation in short forms of education, i.e. courses, including intensive courses, credited towards the education process, workshops, professional or industrial internships, study visits, including those carried out at companies	programme, course completion certificate
Teaching	class schedule, subject area, target group description, standard requirements: learning outcomes, criteria and methods of verification of outcomes
Participation in the preparation of an international grant application	written confirmation of application submission
