Principles for purchasing airline tickets at AGH University, the estimated net value of which does not exceed PLN 130,000 for a single purchase

ANNOUNCEMENT No. 81/2024 of the Chancellor of AGH University

Business trips involving air travel at AGH University are conducted as follows:

• for international business travel, a travel request approved by the CSM, and a travel authorization (delegation) or an assignment order issued by the delegating unit is required,
• instructions for submitting, approving, and settling an electronic travel application for international trips are available on the CSM website: https://www.csm.agh.edu.pl/
• travelers are entitled to economy class tickets. If a ticket in a higher class is less expensive than in economy class, the purchase is permissible upon presentation of both offers. The traveler must choose the most economical option in terms of cost and travel time 
• ticket costs must be included in the travel application submitted no later than 7 business days before departure.
